Fees
£2000 inc VAT for a 10 1/2 month season that runs from March 1st to January 10th each year. Site Fees are payable 1st January for the following season.

Rates
2008 Unified business. Rates are invoiced annually usually in March.

Electricity
This is separately metered to each plot, and is invoiced quarterly.

Insurance
All Lodges must be insured and this is arranged through the Park Owners. As an owner you can enjoy the benefit of our specially negotiated insurance scheme providing comprehensive protection for the caravan and its contents. The insurance premium being paid annually. You can arrange your own insurance but will incur a £25 administration charge.

WIFI
Wireless Internet Services are accessible to all Holiday Homes and Lodges.

Season
Although open for only seasonal use, you can visit your holiday home at any time during the day in Winter, as the byelaw says that the home must not be occupied between Dusk and Dawn during the close down period. We would advise regular checks during the Winter if only for Insurance purposes.

Pitch Agreement
All owners will receive a written code of practice and licence agreement developed by the BH & HPA.

Private Sale of your Holiday Home
Under your pitch agreement you are entitled to sell your lodge privately to a third party with the benefits of its plot on the park.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome at Pennant Park, but please consider other park users at all times. Dogs must be kept on a lead and exercised off the park. Please use your pooper scoopers when necessary.
